What we are looking for:

Are you a highly motivated, friendly, happy, enthusiastic and very organized person?
Do you have office experience?

Can you work well in an office environment that can have fast paced, busy moments answering phones, scheduling appointments, and organizing job routes? Can you follow a phone script to handle incoming sales calls? Do you have basic math and computer skills (like working with spreadsheets and Microsoft Word)? Can you perform other administrative tasks as needed? Is your typing speed at least 40 WPM?

Can you do all this and still be accurate and thorough so that our technicians show up on time and at the right address with the right equipment? And do so while daily keeping an energetic, happy attitude and making each caller feel warm and welcome, delivering the most outstanding service experience?

Reliable transportation to and from work, along with being able to successfully pass a drug and background check are a must.

Daily duties include:

  • Being our friendly, energetic, organized phone voice, handling incoming calls using a script to book clients to have service done
  • Great customer service skills and phone skills, with willingness to learn
  • Accurately scheduling the jobs you book on multiple trucks, bundling them by areas of town as much as possible
  • Being extremely reliable and responsible with a great attendance record, the main person that handles incoming calls daily – phones can get really busy
  • Entering client’s invoices and payments from jobs completed
  • Calling clients to remind them of service needed, or to let them know when technicians are on their way
  • Greeting clients that come into our shop to bring rugs in for cleaning, taking measurements and helping them check out
  • Various office/admin duties, filing, paperwork, data input, spreadsheets, etc.

What’s in it for you?

This is a full time position at our East Bradenton office, M-F 8:15-5:00.

Pay starts at $12 per hour plus bonus and commission opportunities after 30 days. With these commissions and bonuses the right person will average $15-$16 per hour or more.
